Telesales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Telesales Executive to join our Dubai office. You will handle both outbound and inbound calls, promoting our IT and technology solutions to prospective clients and converting interest into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries to present IT hardware and software solutions.
• Identify customer needs, generate and qualify leads, and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects, manage objections, and close deals to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Provide professional customer support and ensure a positive experience for each client.
• Collaborate with the sales team and share market feedback to improve offerings and strategies.

Required profile

• Excellent telephone etiquette and fluent English speaking and writing skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Proven lead generation and sales experience, preferably in IT or technology solutions.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to work under target‑driven conditions.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and email tools.
