Telesales Executive – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to promote Dubai real‑estate projects, qualify prospective buyers and investors, and arrange meetings for the Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and investors, promoting off‑plan and secondary properties.
• Qualify leads based on client needs and investment goals.
• Maintain and update the CRM database with leads and follow‑ups.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with sales agents and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handling.
• Stay informed about market trends and new project launches.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
• 1–2 years of telesales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Hindi or French are a plus.
• Strong negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Professional, positive and target‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
