Telesales Representative

About the role

KlassPal, a fast‑growing Dubai marketplace that connects customers with independent instructors, is looking for a Telesales Representative to drive instructor onboarding. You will focus on real conversations via phone and WhatsApp to secure qualified leads and close signing agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using a provided script to introduce KlassPal and schedule walkthrough video calls.
• Follow up each call with WhatsApp messages, including links to the walkthrough and subsequent reminders.
• Source potential instructors (personal trainers, coaches, musicians, educators, pet experts, artists, lifestyle specialists) across Dubai using Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps, studio listings, and word‑of‑mouth.
• Collect and maintain lead details (name, category, phone, Instagram handle) in a simple tracking sheet.
• Own the full sales conversation from first contact to signed instructor, handling objections and closing deals.
• Provide weekly reports on calls made, contact rates, interested leads, and sign‑ups.

Required profile

• Confident phone communicator with a consistent, results‑driven approach.
• Self‑starter who can creatively source leads and manage follow‑ups.
• Comfortable handling objections and closing sales independently.
• Detail‑oriented for accurate tracking and reporting.
