Telesales Representative

About the role

The Telesales Representative will work on‑site in Dubai, making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote Elevate Capital’s real‑estate portfolio. You will guide callers through property options, answer queries and turn leads into sales or rental agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to generate and qualify leads.
• Present property offerings and respond to client questions with accurate information.
• Schedule property viewings and coordinate with the on‑ground sales team.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and updates in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily call and conversion targets and participate in regular sales training.
• Provide feedback to improve telesales processes and scripts.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on building long‑term relationships.
• Proven telesales experience, including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training on products and sales techniques.
• Previous experience in real‑estate sales is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple leads.

Required skills
