Telesales Specialist

About the role

Qureos, a dynamic trading company in Dubai, is looking for a motivated Telesales Specialist to join its sales team on a full‑time basis. You will be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue by contacting prospects and existing customers over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively call potential and existing customers to present, promote and sell Qureos' products and services.
• Explain product features and benefits, answer questions and recommend solutions that match customer needs.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date customer database and log all interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to build a strong pipeline and meet collective goals.
• Handle customer grievances professionally to protect the company’s reputation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer‑service role.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably via phone.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Resilient, persistent and results‑oriented.
• High school diploma required; a degree is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and general computer use.
