Teller – Customer Service & Cash Handling

About the role

Emirates Islamic Bank is seeking a Teller to deliver efficient cash‑handling services and high‑quality customer support. The role involves processing transactions, ensuring compliance, and promoting the bank’s Sharia‑compliant products.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cheque transactions and loan payments accurately.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve queries and handle complaints professionally.
• Promote and refer suitable banking products and services to customers.
• Reconcile cash, maintain accurate transaction records and ensure AML/KYC compliance.

Required profile

• High School or secondary education.
• 1–2 years of experience in banking, customer service or cash handling.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• UAE nationals preferred.
