Territory Account Representative

About the role

The Territory Account Representative drives new business growth for Autodesk’s portfolio across key accounts in the assigned geography. Reporting to a Territory Sales Leader, the role collaborates with inside sales, partner management, channel partners, and field sales to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute a business plan that defines target territory, resources, and strategies to grow revenue and product adoption.
• Identify Customer Business Initiatives (CBIs) and develop strategies to help customers achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Account Team to align on account strategies and objectives.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads within designated accounts.
• Own sales for the assigned territory, driving expansion of Annual Contract Value (ACV).
• Build and maintain relationships with key executives and stakeholders.
• Deliver presentations and act as the Autodesk representative to client groups.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage opportunities.
• Participate in regular Account Team calls to share updates and action items.
• Stay current on market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience exceeding sales quotas in the assigned territory.
• Experience selling software to the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) industry is a plus.
• Fluent English with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills and robust industry knowledge.
• Demonstrated success managing and growing a portfolio of mid‑market accounts.
• Executive‑level selling and relationship‑building experience.
