Territory Manager

About the role

Join DHL Express in Dubai as a Territory Manager, responsible for growing and protecting the company’s market leadership within an assigned sales territory. You will drive sales, nurture customer relationships and ensure profitability while representing DHL’s brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of prospects and existing customers, building strong relationships to meet their logistics needs.
• Achieve individual sales targets and profitability goals by implementing personal sales plans and call cycles.
• Maintain professional rapport with customers, respond to enquiries and direct them to appropriate DHL departments.
• Negotiate pricing agreements, review customer prices regularly and re‑negotiate when volume discrepancies arise.
• Identify and secure business from competitors and prospects, establishing a pipeline to maximise market penetration.
• Monitor customer performance, loyalty and satisfaction, taking corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in hard‑core sales, preferably within the air express or freight forwarding industry.
• Strong understanding of the DHL network and supply chain management.
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment.
• Business and commercial acumen with solid negotiation capabilities.
