Ticketing Agent – Guest Services

About the role

The Ticketing Agent provides friendly and efficient service to guests at the resort’s ticketing plaza, handling admissions, sales and locker assistance for the water park and beach areas. Reporting to the Team Leader and Assistant Ticketing Manager, the role ensures accurate cash handling and smooth guest flow in line with resort standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the ticketing plaza and front gate.
• Process ticket sales, admissions and locker rentals using an electronic cash register and credit‑card machine.
• Accurately complete cash‑out reports and follow cash‑handling procedures.
• Monitor guest entry and exit, enforce the “No wristband, No Entry” policy and scan wristbands.
• Provide locker assistance, clear lockers at the end of the day and maintain a clean ticketing area.
• Report guest misconduct, security issues and any operational concerns to the Team Leader or Assistant Manager.
• Assist VIP guests, handle customer complaints and support the ticketing team with additional administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Customer‑focused attitude with good communication skills.
