Transact Expert

About the role

Datamatics Consulting is seeking a seasoned Transact Expert to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality data and reporting support for Temenos Transact (T24) core banking applications, ensuring accurate and timely information for business users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise complex Oracle SQL/PLSQL queries, scripts, procedures and reporting datasets across banking applications.
• Handle business, operational, regulatory and ad‑hoc data/reporting requests, analysing discrepancies and performance issues.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents, providing functional and technical support for Temenos Transact modules.
• Collaborate with business users, operations, IT and vendors to troubleshoot data‑related problems.
• Translate business requirements into precise SQL logic and reporting solutions, including data reconciliation and validation.
• Support existing SSRS and Power BI reporting solutions under tight timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of experience in banking technology, MIS, reporting or core‑banking support.
• Strong functional knowledge of Temenos Transact/T24, especially Retail Lending and multiple modules.
• Proven ability to work under production pressure and deliver accurate results.
