Transformation Manager

About the role

The Transformation Manager will lead and support high‑impact transformation initiatives aimed at improving performance across the organization. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will translate data into actionable insights and help embed a fact‑based, performance‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support performance tracking and analysis of key business KPIs.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to identify performance gaps and underlying drivers.
• Structure problem‑solving approaches and develop project workplans.
• Assist in the delivery of transformation projects across multiple functions.
• Prepare high‑quality materials and presentations for stakeholders.
• Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support implementation of initiatives.
• Contribute to building a fact‑based, performance‑driven culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or administration; Master’s in engineering management or an MBA is highly preferable.
• 8‑10 years of relevant business, project or program management experience, ideally in retail, fuel retail, financial services, or B2B sectors.
• Experience working in large organizations across the US, Europe, and the Middle East.
• At least 3 years managing major transformation projects related to people and processes.
