Treasury & FX Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Treasury & FX Specialist to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in foreign exchange, treasury operations, financial reconciliations and account monitoring, with a strong understanding of FX rates and currency exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse foreign exchange rates and currency movements.
• Calculate and adjust FX rates based on internal pricing parameters and margins.
• Handle and monitor FX transactions, including spot and forward contracts.
• Support FX hedging strategies and manage currency exposure.
• Oversee treasury activities, fund movements and bank balances.
• Prepare and maintain statements of account and other financial records.
• Perform regular bank, account and transaction reconciliations.
• Coordinate with banks and internal/external parties on transfers, settlements and treasury matters.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Treasury, Foreign Exchange, Banking or a similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of FX rates, currency pairs, spreads/margins and FX calculations.
• Experience with statements of account, reconciliations and treasury reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
