User Acquisition Lead

About the role

Hypemasters is a mobile games company that leverages AI‑driven performance marketing at scale. We are looking for a senior User Acquisition Lead to own the end‑to‑end acquisition strategy, budget, creative direction, and app‑store presence, reporting directly to leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute UA strategy and allocate budget across paid channels, meeting growth and efficiency targets.
• Guide the creative team using performance data to maintain a pipeline of fresh, high‑performing assets.
• Own the full ASO process, including metadata, visuals, experimentation, and alignment with paid growth.
• Leverage internal AI and data tools to inform decisions, validate outputs, and apply human judgment where needed.
• Produce a weekly performance narrative for leadership covering results, key bets, and reasoning.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, data, and leadership to keep strategy aligned with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing significant paid‑marketing budgets, preferably in mobile gaming or app‑based growth.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, set direction, and operate without task‑level management.
• Strong data judgment; capable of questioning and validating automated reporting.
• Experience directing creative strategy and app‑store optimisation, not just paid‑channel execution.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex performance data into clear executive narratives.
