User Operations Expert

About the role

Bybit is seeking a User Operations Expert to own growth‑oriented product operations and strategy for its core crypto trading platform. You will drive user trading through lifecycle optimisation, personalised experiences and data‑driven mechanisms across the signup, KYC, deposit and trade stages.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver lifecycle OKRs, improving eFTD/eFTT conversion, retention, resurrection rate and Net LTV.
• Build segmentation frameworks and design end‑to‑end user journeys for onboarding, deposit nudging, engagement, dormancy prevention and win‑back.
• Develop a granular tagging system to deliver 1:1 personalised recommendations, perks and messaging.
• Lead design and iteration of trading‑driving product mechanisms such as task systems, tiering, rewards and community features.
• Track retention, conversion and LTV metrics; run AI‑assisted analysis and A/B tests to validate strategies.
• Collaborate with product, data, marketing, algorithm and regional teams to embed lifecycle strategies into product plans.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in growth or product operations with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of user lifecycle and growth funnels, able to design scalable operating mechanisms.
• Fluent English and proven ability to execute in a global, cross‑functional team.
