Vice President, Customer Strategy & Activation

About the role

The Vice President, Customer Strategy & Activation will lead the strategic direction and execution of Landmark Group’s flagship Shukran Loyalty program. Reporting to senior leadership, this role sits within the newly created CSI unit, where product, data, AI and customer experience converge to shape retail innovation across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction and lead execution of the Shukran Loyalty program across all Landmark brands and territories.
• Develop and translate customer strategies for each brand based on primary research, segmentation and data insights.
• Collaborate with brand and concept teams to ensure actionable plans are implemented.
• Work within the CSI unit to integrate data, analytics, AI, Martech and digital marketing into customer‑centric solutions.
• Drive initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, repeat purchase and lifetime value.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in customer strategy, loyalty or related functions.
• Customer‑first mindset with a passion for solving complex problems through data and technology.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment and deliver measurable business impact.
