Vice President - International Sales

About the role

Lead Aldar’s international sales efforts across new and emerging markets, building a high‑performing team that drives revenue growth and expands the company’s footprint. You will develop and implement market‑entry and growth strategies aligned with Aldar’s overall commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies for target international territories.
• Set sales targets, KPIs and performance expectations for the international sales team.
• Identify market‑entry opportunities and create actionable entry plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer demand in each region.
• Recruit, train, coach and lead a team of 10‑20 international sales professionals.
• Manage sales forecasts, budgets and performance metrics while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Cultivate relationships with key clients, investors and strategic partners, overseeing contract negotiations and pricing.
• Represent Aldar at international property exhibitions, trade shows and networking events.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of international real‑estate sales experience generating AED 2‑4 bn annually.
• At least 3 years of experience managing international sales teams of 10‑20 members.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth across multiple geographies, preferably in MENA/GCC markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics; MBA preferred.
• Deep knowledge of GCC and international real‑estate markets, including emerging markets.
