Vice President – Secure Intelligence System Cluster PMO

About the role

The Vice President – Secure Intelligence System Cluster PMO will lead portfolio governance and strategic delivery across EDGE’s Cluster of entities. Reporting to Cluster leadership, you will provide an integrated view of performance, risks and priorities to enable timely decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of the combined portfolio across all Cluster entities, ensuring alignment with Cluster objectives.
• Sequence priorities against available capacity and resources.
• Senior oversight of major programmes and initiatives to ensure progress against agreed outcomes.
• Drive timely resolution of significant delivery issues, risks and dependencies.
• Set and maintain effective governance and performance management across the Cluster portfolio.
• Ensure consistent visibility, accountability and reporting across entities and programmes.
• Deliver clear, consolidated insight on portfolio performance, risks and priorities to Cluster leadership.
• Support informed decision‑making through analysis, challenge and recommendations.
• Coordinate cross‑entity strategic programme alignment.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in portfolio governance, programme management and PMO leadership.
• Proven ability to work with multiple senior stakeholders across diverse entities.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision‑support capabilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
