Videographer – Real Estate & Social Media

About the role

We are seeking a creative Videographer to produce high‑quality video content that showcases our real‑estate portfolio and supports marketing initiatives. The role involves end‑to‑end video production, from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot and produce property videos, project highlights, and company events using professional cameras, lighting, audio gear and gimbals.
• Create short‑form clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos, adding visual effects, subtitles, music, logos and other assets.
• Perform color correction, grading and basic audio enhancement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media and Listing teams to align content with brand guidelines.
• Maintain organized archives of footage and project files.
• Stay current with video‑production trends and apply them to our content.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a videographer or video producer with a strong portfolio.
• Solid understanding of cinematography, lighting, framing and composition.
• Experience in real‑estate videography is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop (preferred).
• Familiarity with professional camera systems, lenses, lighting and audio equipment.
