VIP Relationship Manager – CIS (Russian Speaking)

About the role

OKX is seeking a proactive VIP Relationship Manager to serve high‑value retail clients across the CIS region. You will manage a portfolio of active traders, nurture relationships, and drive growth through upgrades and new client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for actively trading VIP clients, handling day‑to‑day inquiries and support.
• Prospect and onboard new VIP‑tier clients through outreach, events and referrals, managing the full sales cycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding client goals and delivering tailored solutions.
• Guide clients through OKX’s product suite, VIP tier structure, fee benefits and platform updates.
• Drive upgrades and upsell relevant products to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to relay feedback and support platform improvements.
• Participate in regional events and business‑development activities.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, sharing insights to sharpen the VIP value proposition.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably in crypto, finance or FX.
• Strong hunger to sell, comfortable with outreach, pitching and closing.
• Basic understanding of trading products; familiarity with crypto exchanges or derivatives is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and native‑level Russian.
• Organised, able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with data, tracking pipelines and reporting performance.
• Willingness to travel across CIS, MENA, SEA or other regions as needed.
