Voice Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Voice Specialist to join our Dubai team, handling high‑volume outbound calls to engage potential customers and drive sales. The role requires confident pitch delivery, objection handling, and the ability to quickly match customer needs with our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.
• Maintain strong product and service knowledge.
• Convert new leads into active clients while complying with regulations.
• Assist clients with account opening and first deposit.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
• Build rapport with customers using a positive, energetic, and professional tone.
• Manage call time efficiently while maintaining quality and productivity.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Hindi, plus one of Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call centre, BPO, or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑focused approach.
