About the role

Join the Amara Lounge team at Jumeirah Living Marina Gate as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering a warm and personalized dining experience for guests in a luxury hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take orders and serve food and beverages with professional courtesy.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements and guest flow to optimise service efficiency.
• Anticipate guest preferences, respond to feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery.
• Promote outlet menus, special events and seasonal offers to enhance guest engagement and drive revenue.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality service standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
