Waiter/Waitress – Azure Restaurant

About the role

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Waiter/Waitress at Azure Restaurant, you will deliver memorable food and beverage experiences that brighten each guest’s stay. You will work closely with the captain and head waiter to ensure seamless service throughout the shift.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the captain or head waiter, staying constantly at their disposal during service.
• Promote in‑house sales by knowing opening hours, promotions and daily menu suggestions.
• Maintain cleanliness of trolleys, pedestal tables, cutlery, sugar dispensers, mustard pots, toothpicks and oil & vinegar containers.
• Ensure proper mise‑en‑place of cutlery and supply the restaurant with linen and other service items.
• Follow daily cleaning and closure plans, adhering to health‑safety standards.
• Provide high‑level food and beverage service, meeting guest satisfaction targets.
• Assist staff during peak periods and support other duties such as attending mandatory meetings or helping security with disorderly guests.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of alcoholic drinks.
• Basic mathematical skills for cash handling, making change and calculating totals.
• Strong English writing ability for completing requisitions and vouchers.
• Ability to remember and promote menu items and operate point‑of‑sale systems.
• Capacity to stand for long periods and work in confined spaces.
