Waiter/Waitress – Millennium Lounge

About the role

The Millennium Lounge is seeking enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress staff to deliver the high standards of food and beverage service expected at The Meydan Hotel. You will interact directly with guests, support the team, and help create memorable dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with The Meydan Hotel Quality Standards in all service activities.
• Act as the liaison between kitchen and service areas, ensuring smooth order flow.
• Provide table and counter service for alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages.
• Stay updated on food and beverage menus to advise guests accurately.
• Receive, store, and handle food and beverages following hygiene regulations.
• Monitor the quality of items served and report any issues to the Outlet Manager or Team Leader.
• Use up‑selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and boost revenue.

Required profile

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage, preferably in a five‑star environment.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform duties efficiently.
• Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong guest‑oriented service and communication skills.
