Walk-In Real Estate / Property Consultant

About the role

Houzon Real Estate is seeking proactive Property Consultants to join its Business Bay team in Dubai. The role covers the full real‑estate sales cycle, from lead conversion to transaction closing, across both off‑plan and secondary market sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Convert property leads into active buyers, sellers, or investors using corporate networks and marketing tools.
• Conduct client consultations to understand property requirements and match suitable listings.
• Organise and lead on‑site property viewings and client presentations.
• Negotiate transaction terms and guide clients through Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA procedures.
• Monitor market trends, project launches, property values and regulatory developments.

Required profile

• Experienced agents or ambitious freshers with strong negotiation and sales aptitude.
• Valid Emirates ID, visa copy and UAE driving licence; RERA card preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage the complete sales process.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems for lead management.
