About the role

United Engineering Construction is hosting a walk‑in interview in Dubai to recruit a range of construction professionals. Candidates will be considered for positions such as Project Engineer, Senior Site Engineer, Site Engineer, Foremen across civil, finishing, steel fixing, carpentry and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate construction activities on villa projects, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and material deliveries to meet project schedules.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications and progress reports.
• Supervise finishing works, steel fixing, carpentry and logistical operations on site.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and company procedures.

Required profile

• Relevant construction experience, preferably on villa projects.
• Ability to join immediately and work on site in the UAE.
• Both male and female candidates are welcome.
• Advanced level qualification (degree) in engineering or related field.

Required skills

• Construction site management.
• Knowledge of civil, finishing, steel fixing and carpentry trades.
• Logistics coordination.
