Warehouse Executive – Finished Goods

About the role

Sterling Parfums Industries LLC is looking for an experienced Warehouse Executive to manage finished‑goods operations in its Dubai facility. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of FMCG products while maintaining high accuracy and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee finished‑goods receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Coordinate daily local deliveries and manage export shipment documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock verification and reconciliation.
• Update warehouse transactions and inventory records using SAP ERP.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Sales, Customer Service, and transport partners.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices, safety standards and housekeeping procedures are followed.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve any dispatch discrepancies promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finished‑goods warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Knowledge of FMCG export processes and related documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and logistics partners.

Required skills

• SAP ERP (or similar warehouse management system)
