About the role

First impressions are everything for our guests. As a Welcome Ambassador you will guide visitors through memorable arrival and departure experiences, ensuring they feel cared for from the moment they step into the hotel until they leave with a smile.

Key responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of services that assist guests during check‑in, stay and check‑out.
Process operational needs and complete required reports.
Address guest requests promptly and share local area highlights.
Maintain a safe, professional appearance and adhere to company policies.
Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb unassisted and up to 75 lb with assistance.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior work or supervisory experience required.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle physical duties.
Commitment to confidentiality, safety, and professional conduct.
