Wings Butler Supervisor

About the role

The Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Wings Butler Supervisor to lead its Butler Services team. Reporting to the Assistant Manager – Butler Services, you will ensure the highest standards of service, uphold brand policies, and create memorable experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all activities of the Butler department in line with the Rooms Division manual.
• Implement company policies, procedures, standards, and training programmes.
• Ensure food products are prepared and presented according to established recipes and portion sizes.
• Provide warm, courteous service to guests, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Achieve objectives related to sales, service quality, and facility presentation.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance performance.
• Prepare and submit accurate documentation, reports, and forms on schedule.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper upkeep of all Butler service areas.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in hospitality or Butler services.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Integrity, respect, and a growth‑mindset orientation.
• Passion for delivering exceptional, luxury guest experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with guest history databases.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
