About the role
Al Tayer Motors, a premium destination for luxury automotive brands in the UAE, is seeking a Workshop Manager for its Freelander operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing the workshop function and supporting the Service Manager to meet revenue, profit and customer satisfaction targets. Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily workshop activities and ensure efficient operations.
- Assist the Service Manager in implementing plans and programs to achieve service targets.
- Monitor revenue and profit performance and drive initiatives to improve results.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
