Account Associate

About the role

qlub is a fast‑scaling fintech that enables restaurants to accept payments instantly via QR codes. As an Account Associate you will support the Partner Success team, working directly with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and restaurant operators to ensure smooth adoption of qlub’s payment solutions and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist KAMs in day‑to‑day portfolio management and act as an additional contact point for partners.
• Identify usage drops, churn signals, and service issues, and flag them for action.
• Conduct training and refresher sessions for restaurant staff on qlub’s tools.
• Run staff‑engagement activities to keep partner teams motivated.
• Troubleshoot on‑site issues and coordinate with Tech/Support teams.
• Review performance metrics (GMV, adoption rates, transaction trends) and prepare monthly reports.
• Surface insights to KAMs to shape account strategy.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Customer Support, and Tech teams to resolve partner issues quickly.
• Support KAMs in preparing for partner meetings and QBRs.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in account management, customer support, or a related field.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, build‑from‑scratch environment.
• Strong communication and training abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.
