Account Executive – Middle East (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Netwrix is looking for a high‑performance Account Executive to own and grow a defined Middle East territory, primarily the UAE and the broader GCC region. This is a hunter‑type position focused on closing complex, high‑value enterprise software deals in the cybersecurity space.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory strategy to build a pipeline from scratch.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles for deals above $1M ARR, including direct and partner‑led motions.
• Identify, engage, and close enterprise customers across the MEA cybersecurity ecosystem.
• Collaborate with distributors, VARs, MSSPs and other channel partners to expand market reach.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting in line with company sales processes.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of progressive enterprise software sales experience with vendors, not services or consulting firms.
• Proven track record of closing enterprise deals above $1M ARR and consistently exceeding quota.
• Deep network and strong relationships within the MEA cybersecurity and IT security ecosystem.
• Based in Dubai and eligible to work in the UAE.

• Experience selling software licenses, subscriptions, and SaaS solutions.
• Strong ability to navigate multi‑stakeholder, complex sales cycles.
• Excellent commercial instinct and urgency typical of top‑tier enterprise sellers.
