Account Manager – Enterprise Logistics Solutions

About the role

JD Logistics, a leading technology‑driven supply chain provider, is looking for an Account Manager to expand its enterprise business across the UAE. You will be responsible for acquiring strategic customers and delivering customized logistics solutions that drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and develop new enterprise customers, including large corporates and multinational companies.
• Analyse client requirements and design end‑to‑end logistics and supply‑chain solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, manage contract discussions and oversee project implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while expanding opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Customer Service and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities.
• Manage customer receivables and ensure timely collections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, business development or key account management.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, contract logistics, e‑commerce or 3PL is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of developing enterprise clients and closing deals.
