Account Manager – Fashion & Sports Brands

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join the Dubai Mall Online team, part of noon’s fast‑growing e‑commerce ecosystem. You will be the main liaison for fashion and sports brands, helping them succeed on our digital marketplace and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key brand partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Drive revenue through assortment optimization, pricing strategies, and enhanced brand visibility.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing and operations to execute seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotions.
• Lead onboarding of new fashion and sports brands, ensuring smooth integration and launch readiness.
• Monitor performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion, engagement) and provide data‑driven insights.
• Identify growth opportunities based on category trends and analytics.
• Resolve operational issues related to catalog accuracy, pricing, content quality, logistics and fulfillment.
• Conduct regular business reviews and deliver actionable performance feedback.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in Account Management, Brand Management or Marketplace roles.
• Strong background in fashion and/or sports retail.
• Proven track record of managing external brand relationships and delivering commercial results.
