Account Manager – Home Cleaning

About the role

Justlife is looking for an Account Manager to own the health of a portfolio of cleaning partners across the UAE. You will be responsible for driving partner growth, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and delivering the economics that keep customers coming back.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of cleaning service providers as the single point of contact on the Justlife side.
• Track partner‑level KPIs weekly, run monthly business reviews and identify performance gaps early.
• Coach partners on quality, scheduling, professional development and pricing.
• Onboard new cleaning partners, moving them from signed contracts to revenue‑generating within 30 days.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries for internal review and ensure partner data is clean and traceable.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partner or account management, preferably in a service‑oriented environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose performance issues and develop actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills to act as the bridge between partners and internal teams.

Required skills

• Experience tracking and reporting KPIs.
• Ability to conduct business reviews and present results to leadership.
