Account Manager – Partner Success & Sales

About the role

Dubizzle is seeking an Account Manager to lead partner success and sales for its automotive marketplace. You will work directly with used‑car dealers, understand their business needs, and drive adoption of financing, insurance and evaluation services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of dealer partners, maintaining strong relationships and regular engagement.
• Identify upsell opportunities and pitch financing, insurance, and car‑evaluation services.
• Onboard new partners, train them on the platform, and ensure smooth adoption of services.
• Monitor partner performance, analyse trends and proactively optimise outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, product and support teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• 2‑5 years of experience in sales, account management or business development, preferably in automotive, fintech, SaaS or insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Results‑driven mindset with ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets.
