Account Manager – Strategic Partnerships for Jewelry & Watch Events

About the role

As Account Manager for Rx Middle East, the role focuses on securing strategic partnerships, attracting sponsors and exhibitors, and expanding the JWS event's presence in the jewelry, watch and retail industry. The BDM will drive commercial growth, build key relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution in the GCC market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure sponsorships, exhibitors, and strategic partners.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow event participation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the jewellery, watch and apparel retail sectors.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform outreach efforts.
• Represent International Jewelry and Watch Shows at industry events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the events industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
• Knowledge of the GCC market and regional business practices.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Results‑driven with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
