Account Manager – Thermal Cement (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Account Manager – Thermal Cement will lead commercial activities for industrial minerals used in refractory applications across Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will drive revenue growth, build strategic customer relationships and ensure alignment with technical, quality and supply‑chain requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the sales strategy defined with senior management and monitor pipeline, KPIs and forecasts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in sectors such as steel, foundry, cement, glass, ceramics and petrochemicals.
• Manage long sales cycles, negotiate complex contracts and pricing strategies with technical and procurement teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, participate in technical meetings, audits and qualification processes.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations and Supply Chain to meet customer specifications and provide market feedback.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports, ensure accurate CRM usage and track profitability.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in refractory minerals, ceramics, metallurgy or related fields.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science or a related discipline.
• Fluent English with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record with long‑term B2B contracts and technical sales cycles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience using data analysis tools.
