About the role
MICS is seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join its finance team in DIFC, Dubai. The role focuses on accurate financial record management, transaction processing and supporting day‑to‑day accounting operations within an international corporate environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process daily accounting transactions, ledger entries and core financial documentation.
- Perform routine bank, account and vendor reconciliations to maintain ledger integrity.
- Audit incoming invoices, payment requisitions and supporting receipts prior to posting.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries, trial balances and closing reports.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial filing systems for internal control.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Proven professional accounting experience handling general accounting tasks and transactional workflows.
- Practical knowledge of financial reconciliations and ledger management.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting software platforms.
