About the role
United Engineering Construction (UNEC) is looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join its finance team in Dubai. The role focuses on full‑cycle monthly payroll processing for a large construction workforce, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
Key responsibilities
- Execute end‑to‑end monthly payroll processing using the Epromis ERP system.
- Validate attendance, leave, overtime and compensation adjustments.
- Maintain employee payroll records and generate reconciliation and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll queries and ensure adherence to labor regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE payroll experience in the construction sector.
- Hands‑on proficiency with Epromis ERP.
