Accountant – Property Development (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Accountant to join our Dubai office and support the financial operations of Green Yard Properties Development. The role will handle day‑to‑day accounting tasks and contribute to budgeting and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger, process accounts payable and receivable, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries and support month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing.
• Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for internal management and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and local regulations, and coordinate audit documentation.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA, ACCA, CMA a plus).
• Strong core accounting skills with experience in general ledger, AP/AR and bank reconciliation.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/accounting software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
