Accounts Manager (CA/CPA Qualified) - Dubai

About the role

A leading chartered accountant firm in Dubai is hiring an Accounts Manager. The role suits a qualified CA/CPA with strong accounting, taxation and client management experience. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-set accounting and financial statement finalization for multiple clients
• Review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with IFRS
• Lead audit assignments and coordinate with audit teams; prepare audit schedules, financial reports and supporting documentation
• Handle UAE VAT returns and corporate tax registration and filing
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, ESR and AML requirements
• Manage client portfolios and provide accounting and financial advisory support
• Supervise, mentor and review the work of junior accountants

Required profile

• Qualified CA / CPA (mandatory)
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• CA firm or audit firm experience in the UAE or GCC preferred
• Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT and corporate tax laws
• Hands-on experience with Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho or SAP
• Excellent communication, reporting and client management skills
