Accounts Payable Accountant – Immediate Joiner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant to join the Finance Department of a leading real‑estate developer in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The role will handle the end‑to‑end AP process, supporting project cost allocation and ensuring timely payments to suppliers and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full Accounts Payable cycle, from invoice receipt to payment execution.
• Process supplier, contractor and consultant invoices accurately and schedule payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies and maintain vendor records.
• Allocate costs to appropriate projects and cost centres.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities and AP reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE accounting standards and internal controls.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in a real‑estate development environment in the UAE.
• Proven experience handling the complete Accounts Payable function.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
