Arabic Receptionist – Abu Dhabi International Airport

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Arabic‑speaking Receptionist to join our front‑office team at Abu Dhabi International Airport. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check‑in and check‑out, managing payments and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience in line with Premier Inn’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors and suppliers, answer telephone calls and provide information on promotions, room rates and local attractions.
• Process reservations, cancellations and payments accurately following cash‑handling procedures.
• Identify corporate leads and build long‑term relationships.
• Monitor online mentions, collect guest feedback and suggest improvements.
• Perform general office duties such as correspondence, email handling and filing.
• Maintain reception supplies and stationery.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments.
• Ensure guest safety in accordance with safety procedures.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• At least one year of experience as a hotel receptionist.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Opera Property Management System.
• Fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading and writing).
