About the role
As a Guest Service Expert at Le Méridien, you will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive, high‑quality service. You will work on the floor, ensuring every interaction—from setting the table to presenting the bill—contributes to a unique and enjoyable visit.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
- Maintain clean work areas, manage menu information, and handle food and beverage transactions.
- Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unaided (or 50 lb with assistance) while navigating varied floor surfaces.
- Uphold safety standards, company policies, and professional appearance throughout the shift.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
Required skills
- Ability to read and verify menu information accurately.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods.
