Arabic-Speaking Sales and Admission Specialist

About the role

An established sports academy in Sharjah, with 9 years of history in rhythmic gymnastics and taekwondo, is looking for an energetic, results-driven Arabic-speaking Sales Specialist to help parents enrol their children in its programmes. The role is advertised by Nomad Recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle warm inbound leads mainly through WhatsApp and direct messages from parents.
• Convert prospective parents into academy enrolments and coordinate trial classes.
• Give clear, friendly consultations on the sports activities and schedules.
• Maintain ongoing contact with parents to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Occasional travel between nearby branches in Sharjah and Dubai; company-provided transport is available.

Required profile

• Fluent or native Arabic speaker (essential for parent communication) with good English.
• 2-3 years of experience in B2C sales, admissions, customer success or chat-based support.
• Currently based in the UAE, preferably in Sharjah or near Dubai/Al Mamzar.
• Goal-oriented, friendly, with excellent interpersonal skills.

Working conditions

• Schedule: 6 days a week, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM, aligned with peak after-school hours.
• Saturday and Sunday are working days; the day off falls on a weekday.
• Hybrid options available for the right candidate.
