Arabic‑Speaking Associate – Service Consulting (Dubai)

About the role

GLG is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Associate based in Dubai to support its Professional Services Firm (PSF) business across EMEA. The role involves fast‑paced, expert‑facing work, coordinating with client‑facing teams to fulfil client project needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support team members on client projects and Network Member engagement.
• Recruit new experts through lead generation, outreach by phone, email and other methods.
• Schedule and confirm calls and meetings between clients and Network Members.
• Engage proactively with Network Members to assess expertise and fit for projects.
• Collaborate with client‑facing teams to expand and rescope recruiting efforts.
• Learn and uphold compliance policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong oral and written communication skills, comfortable working on the phone daily.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize quickly and meet commercial targets.
• High motivation, problem‑solving ability and eagerness to learn about new industries.
