Assistant Director of Technology Innovation & Data

About the role

The Assistant Director of Technology Innovation & Data will oversee the reliability, availability and performance of critical hospitality technology systems at Four Seasons Resort Dubai, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient back‑office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee 24/7 availability of core systems such as the Front Office Property Management System, Call Accounting, HSIA, PABX and Food & Beverage Point‑of‑Sale.
• Develop and maintain user procedures and hardware familiarisation documentation for all technology platforms.
• Provide administration services, including contributions to technology capital and operating budgets.
• Perform systems administration tasks: manage user/group accounts, configure user settings, troubleshoot access issues and produce on‑site documentation.
• Assist with server infrastructure management, performance monitoring, operating system upgrades and related troubleshooting.
• Support additional applications across back‑office, sales & catering, human resources and other property‑wide systems.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage and support hospitality‑focused technology environments.
• Experience contributing to technology budgeting and capital planning.
• Strong organisational skills for maintaining procedures and documentation.
