Assistant Manager Business Development

About the role

The Assistant Manager Business Development will support the growth of the Shukran Gift Cards business across physical, digital and partner channels, focusing on expanding B2B sales. The role involves sales support, partnership coordination and program execution to drive revenue and improve customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales and revenue targets across consumer, B2B, digital and partner channels.
• Identify and approach corporate clients, aggregators and distributors to grow B2B sales.
• Prepare proposals, offers and presentations for corporate and partner clients.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with partners, especially B2B and corporate clients.
• Support onboarding and integration of new partners, coordinating contracts, invoicing and compliance.
• Collaborate with Marketing to implement campaigns and track their effectiveness.
• Support daily gift‑card program operations, including issuance, redemption, reporting and reconciliations.
• Monitor and report on key metrics such as sales, redemptions and channel performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships or account management, preferably in retail, loyalty or payments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Data‑driven mindset with analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn, with strong teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
