Assistant Manager - FX Sales

About the role

Emirates Islamic Bank is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive its FX Sales business. You will work closely with Relationship Managers to meet revenue targets, onboard new FX clients, and help shape innovative product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve Business Banking FX revenue targets in partnership with Relationship Managers.
• Support RMs on FX onboarding and client engagement.
• Contribute to the development of new FX products and booster campaigns.
• Monitor portfolio performance, penetration, and transaction workflows, recommending improvements.
• Promote FX products to customers through meetings and presentations.
• Negotiate client rates and margins while coordinating with the Treasury department.
• Prepare customer call rosters based on portfolio due diligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2‑3 years of experience in FX sales, banking operations, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
