About the role
The Assistant Manager role at Dubai Hills Mall blends business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management to drive sales and deliver best‑in‑class customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing routines and supervise sales‑floor and stockroom operations.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and train non‑management staff.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, drive sales, and build visual displays.
- Analyze reports for decision‑making, protect store assets, and conduct inventory control.
- Operate POS systems and represent the brand while exemplifying company culture and values.
Required profile
- Ability to lead a team, recruit, train, and develop staff.
- Strong customer service focus and brand awareness.
